Marcin Jasinski is a result driven and passionate leader, experienced in managing teams spanning industries and geographies, especially in Benelux. He developed deep expertise in Financial Services, particularly in Asset and Wealth Management, as a result of his track record of Leadership and Client Relationship Management (CRM).
Marcin graduated with First Class Honours Degree in Business and French and was awarded a McCandless Memorial Prize for the best academic performance. Moreover, he recently completed a Disruptive Strategy course at Harvard Business School. He is fluent in English, Polish, and French.
Currently, MJ serves as an independent management consultant and CEO Advisor. He helped start-ups multiply their growth, medium-sized enterprises to grow 73%+ a year and improve the processes and drive innovation at multi-billion-dollar companies. Entirely re-positioned Luxoft Horizon: created 3 new productized versions of the framework (www.luxofthorizon.com).
