Marcin Jasinski is a result driven and passionate leader, experienced in managing teams spanning industries and geographies, especially in Benelux. He developed deep expertise in Financial Services, particularly in Asset and Wealth Management, as a result of his track record of Leadership and Client Relationship Management (CRM).

Marcin graduated with First Class Honours Degree in Business and French and was awarded a McCandless Memorial Prize for the best academic performance. Moreover, he has completed a Disruptive Strategy course at Harvard Business School. He is fluent in English, Polish, and French.

 

Notably, Marcin served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Suisse Blockchain, bringing his visionary insights to the forefront of the blockchain industry. He also acted as an advisor to the CEO at AudioVision Group, contributing his strategic expertise to the growth of the company. His extensive financial and investment knowledge has made him a Popular Investor on eToro, where he shares his insights and strategies with a wide audience.

Currently, MJ serves as an independent management consultant and CEO Advisor. He helped start-ups multiply their growth, medium-sized enterprises to grow 73%+ a year and improve the processes and drive innovation at multi-billion-dollar companies. MJ has also been engaged in advisory and strategic consulting for hedge funds, investment management and private equity firms. Finally, he performs interim management roles: from fractional CMO, to interim COO, Head of Strategy and Sales Management.

Entirely re-positioned Luxoft Horizon: created 3 new productized versions of the framework (www.luxofthorizon.com).

Duties encompassed strategy setting, distribution and monitoring of workload, management reporting, team motivation and development, regular performance reviews against KPIs, coaching and mentoring, as well as building strong business relationships with major clients and key stakeholders at all levels.

Major accomplishments:
â–º Global Lead - created an exclusive community for High Potential employees.
â–º Appointed Primary Lipper Contact for major business relationship.
â–º Successful change management during transition from Western offices to Gdynia:
• Recruited, developed and expanded the team, set best practices and standards to follow.
• Designed, conducted and monitored two induction trainings (2.5 week-long) for 30 new starters. Feedback on average 4.73 (on a 5.0 scale) with 100% excellent/very good rating.

Responsibilities within this role included but were not restricted to collecting and processing data, resolving discrepancies and inefficiencies as well as refinement of existing formatting and quality checking processes. Regular point of market knowledge, chaired numerous meetings, engaged in mentoring an analyst from another team and, finally, created and implemented monthly and weekly planners.

Major accomplishments:
â–º Maintained the universe of mutual, hedge and offshore funds domiciled essentially in Benelux and France.
â–º Led Luxembourg universe build - managed a team of 2 analysts and coordinated workloads between 3 offices.
â–º Established strong business relationships with major clients including Amundi, BNP Paribas, Dexia, Fortis and HSBC.
â–º Conducted Lipper Fund Awards checks, calculations and sign-offs. Attended 2010 Lipper Fund Awards Ceremony in Amsterdam.
â–º Specialised in and conducted trainings on flagship products such as Global Fund Screener, Lipper for Investment Management and Reuters 3000 Xtra.
