My name is Marcin Jasinski (MJ) and I am an independent management consultant and CEO advisor, working with start-ups and medium-sized enterprises to multiply their growth and improve business processes. I've been engaged in advisory and strategic consulting for hedge funds, investment management, and private equity firms.

My two super-powers are leadership and strategy. I became the youngest Team Leader at Thomson Reuters (Fortune 500, now part of LSEG) at the age of 23 and at the age of 24 I led the high-potenial community of 2500 people globally. I then moved to Paris and Luxembourg to manage circa 300 clients across Europe West. Subsequently, I moved into global marketing roles, mainly in fintech. Since October 2016 I have been engaged in numerous CMO and Chief Strategy Officer roles. I sit on the Board of Capillary Consulting and am also a Popular Investor on eToro (more in the Investment Management tab).
